This spacious 9th floor, one bedroom, two bathroom unit has spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. Recently renovated and decorated professionally, guests will enjoy a new kitchen with quartz counter-tops, shaker-style cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. Kitchen is fully equipped for a family or group of 6.

Unit has washer/dryer inside for added convenience.

All the beds have brand new high quality cool-gel foam mattresses with triple layers of protections for better hygiene. We hire top-cleaning company in Destin.

All the furniture is brand new. Big screen smart TVs in living room and in master. Super high speed wifi is provided to our guests free of charge.

This unit is ideally located on the 9th floor, on a corner, giving our guests unobstructed panoramic views of the white sand beach and emerald blue gulf.

You will also have access to all amenities of beautiful Seascape Resort, like hiking paths along private lake, indoor/outdoor swimming pools, a spacious covered parking lot, tennis courts, state of the art work-out facilities, golf, restaurants and shopping. Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
