Our Bayside Studio offers spectacular panoramic views of the Choctawhatchee Bay. Located in Sandestin, on a quiet enclave framed by Florida pines and the fairways of The Links Course, your own personal balcony on the third floor serves as the perfect viewpoint of the Choctawhatchee Bay. Our bay front studio has two queen size beds, a private bathroom and a kitchenette with an under counter fridge and a microwave. It is located in Sandestin Beach Resort which spans from the gulf of Mexico to Choctawhatchee Bay.

Access to tennis courts, golf courses, and fitness center is available, but requires additional fees.

We provide our personal cell-phone, and our cleaners cell-phone to address any issue/question very quickly.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
